Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation:

    (a.) You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to accommodate your cancellation request.

    (b.) If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further instructions.

  2. Returns and Refunds:

    (a.) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund under the conditions outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

    (b.) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed.

  3. Eligibility for Refunds:

    (a.) To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

    (b.) Refunds will not be provided for products that have been damaged, used, or are not in their original condition.

  4. Processing Refunds:

    (a.) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

    (b.) If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method. This may take some time, so please be patient.
